I have the Restorer magazines as far back as 1979 but I guess I can not legally email you a copy of what you want.

Don,
I believe that due to trademark issues or regulations on NCRS published material it would be against the rules to "reproduce" the article for any reason. This is why the NCRS office sells packages of articles related to certain years. On paper and on CD.
