72 C3-Heater Hoses -C60

What if anything, can I do to have a set of hoses for my C60 air car to pass the judges, has anyone tryed the non air car hoses with the ribs ,I know that the bend required may kink the hoses at the heater core end.

Maybe just forget it? Is it worth the aggravation? The hoses currently made are just the molded ones without the ribs.-whats the consenseus?

Ed,

Order the A/C hose kit from Doc. It does not have the ribs or the date code but it will fit just great.

He used to have the right hose but quit making it some time ago.. :-((

I used the kit on my car and both times it was judged I was only dinged for a point under "mechanical" - really not worth the $$$ or grief to find those hoses (really OLD - NOS).

Bill, sounds like thats what I'll do, I guess Im chasing points for the spring meet, I'll just see how I will do first.
