In the backside closeup pic, I see what appears to be "dogbone" style cutouts on the spyder flanges. That isn't a feature of a 63 wheel.

      Max,

I can not answer your question regarding wheels, but I could not resist posting as you can see, our cars are twins even down to the KH knockoffs! These are pictures from the showroom where I bought her last December. When was yours built? Mine was mid May with 300HP, 4 speed Muncie and saddle seather seats. Regards,
      Jon

John, I think those were promotional photos. The Paris show car had two bar spinners.

Would that Feb. 63 date be an ink stamp?

              Dear Jon

I think black corvettes and white corvettes are the nicest ones , just a personal opinion. The white corvette you see in picture is Automatic with Factory air. 50M orig miles. As we speak it is just about ready for next NCRS judging, but I can not use my KH knock offs for judging and I was looking for original 63 steel wheels. I saw some for sale but couldnt tell if they are 63 correct, just by looking at photos.

                Max,

I agree! I am partial to the white with the saddle interior and even if I do eventually get my car judged, it will most likely still be with the KO's! Do you know how many points that actually is? I know that it is 100%, but 100% of how much?

                Regards,

                Jon

                  Jon, 21. Wheels & wheel covers. Originality 40. Condition 35. Total 75.
Now I don't know what the NCRS Judging Reference Manual says on this. But I know it's not good.
Download the judging sheets. Buy a Corvette Judging Reference Manual, etc. Good luck, JD
