I have done the search and am not finding the answer to my question. I think I know the basics, semi-gloss on the whole wheel, followed by gloss-black on the outside facing part of the rim. But with all of the shades and nuances of different paints can anyone tell me manufacturers or suppliers and correct paint codes or part numbers. I want to avoid spray cans if possible. Thanks.

Re: Paint Colors - C2 steel wheels (1966)
Larry - I used the PPG DP90LF semi-gloss black epoxy primer first. This gave me a durable s-g black finish on the entire wheel. Then I sprayed the outside face with PPG DDL9300 (PPG's off-the-shelf gloss black lacquer). I already had the DDL9300 since that is the same code for C1 Tuxedo Black. The unbuffed gloss lacquer was a great gloss level match. I'm very happy with the results and never had a deduction. Tim- Top

I appreciate the info. Take good care of that DDL 9300, as it is evidently no longer available. I checked my local store and a leading online paint retailer and got the same response.
What is my next best choice for the gloss black?
Thanks,
