where can i find a set of orignal 77 taillight lense for the brake lights here are the #'s SAE IST 75 Guide lY both of mine crack

Jay, you might try vendors in Hemmings under Corvette Parts, also online at www.hemmings.com, and Driveline advertisers. If you want repros Zip and others have both the tail light and backup lenses, although I am uncertain how accurate they are. Kim Motors always has a number of wrecks and sometimes part them out. Grossmuellers "may" have something for a '77. The ones on my '77 have hairline cracks, also.

You can check with Corvel in Denver. Keith ships to me in Canada, so he'll ship anywhere and you can email him for what you need.
He parts out vettes and I got virtually all of the non-new parts for my 77 from him.

Tail lamp lenses were never available in SERVICE from GM for 1975-79 Corvettes. The only thing available was the complete lamp assembly. However, these were discontinued years ago.

New USA-manufactured reproductions are available from Dr. Rebuild and other vendors. I do not know if they have the embossed script, as original, though.
