    c2 steering column help

Need some help here. I just had my speedometer rebuilt (had 2 bad gears in the odometer train). I put everything back together and everything works awesome. One small problem, I have these 2 washers left. (1st pic) I know they go up at the top of the steering column, but where? I am thinking the flat one goes on the top of the spring and the wave one goes up against the underside of the steering wheel. Anyone have the blow up diagram?
I also attached 2 other pics. One is of the date on the back of the cluster. what does the 015 stand for? Threw in the last one when I was finished and had all the gauges and glass cleaned up. Thanks for the help.

    John -

I suspect that the "015" refers to the line or department at AC that assembled the cluster; photo below of the date stamp on my original '67 cluster also has the "015" after the date.
