How do you remove the tach cable coupler from the distributor body on 72 small block?

There are two slots in the back end of the coupler, either a very large screwdriver or a smaller punch can be used to loosen the coupler then it easily screws out.

Thanks Bill, their was no reference inthe manual on removal.
