Jim------
For the vast majority of bolts on the car, there is no singularly correct bolt headmarking. That's because many suppliers provided bolts for just about every application on the car. Generally, if a bolt has a period-correct headmarking AND otherwise of correct configuration, it will be considered correct. Some of the more common period correct headmarkings are "A", "C", "M", "TR", "WB", "RSC", "L", "EL" and many, many others.
The motor mount bolts TO BLOCK were phosphate-finished, trimmed head. As I recall, they were GM 280M material grade (SAE grade 5; 3 radial line). I think any of the above headmarkings and others would be acceptable. In Appreciation of John Hinckley- Top

Re: NCRS correct bolt IDs
Hi Jim
Here is some mid year motor mount bolts. One pair is RSC and the other is O with some lines. Some used a C with lines. Notice the correct nuts too. Hope this helps.
