Note that the Z07 code does not appear to be a part of the ZR-1 option.

What is the vin number of the 95Z you are looking at?

Ah, Torch red/black interior, optional blue glass, single Dunn head (likely).

Mine is #378, also Torch red/red interior, also the optional blue glass, two Dunn heads.

There's not much else other than color, optional top, and the heads to differentiate the 95Zs.

Welcome to the ZR-1 club. I'm certain once you drive one, you'll have to have it. I also own a 90 that was just judged at the Texas Regional - 97.5 with a malfunctioning headlight, dead CD and glovebox light that wouldn't stay on. Operations will kill you sometimes. Delamination is only a problem in judging if it is extensive enough that it creates a hazardous driving condition. Then the judges are obligated to take a full deduct. Otherwise, as Terry and others pointed out, it's a condition-based issue. The points are not worth the cost (IMHO), but you'll have to determine what's best for you.

Nice thiing about the 95s is that they have ethanol-resistant injectors, which the 90 to 92 did not. They are a true super car, and I think that as the dust settles in years to come people will appreciate what a magnificent machine it really is.

That would be the one to have. !!

There were 448 cars built in 93, 94, and 95. We had #448 of the 93's. It was a 40th anniversary. It was part of the BUDS collection of ZR1's which is now owned by Ressler.

                      Tom------

The ZR1 package had its own, unique suspension and brake package. Some of the COMPONENTS of this package were the same as some of the components of the Z07. However, ALL of the components of the Z07 package were not the same as the ZR1 package.

As others have mentioned, the Z07 option was not available when ZR1 was also ordered.
