Well, I translated it sometime ago but lost it with my previous computer "death". Any way I did a quick Google translation and saved a file which I could send to you (please contact by mail).

Another possibility, at the time I sent a copy of the english version to Jack (Humphrey), so probably he has a copy. Sure Jack will comment right here.
