The 54 owner that bought the car in Lynn, MA lives down the road from me. He also owns a 1948 Chrysler Town&Country convertible that his parents bought new.

Hi,
I bought my 71 new in March of 71. It's the ONLY Corvette I've owned, driven or ridden in. It's been so long I feel almost like I'd be 'unfaithful' if I had a 'fling' at this late date.

Hi Alan, sounds like you have a great relationship with your car. Just like many of the 2 to 5 decade owners. I am doing a 48 state trip next summer and if you would like me to put you on a possible visit list , PM with addresses, zip and email etc. I am including a link to the map.

Although not a corvette, my Dad and Mom still own their 1956 Chevrolet Belair hardtop that they purchased new in '56. The car was stolen in the early 1970's, recovered by police and reunited with my parents. My Dad enjoys driving the car and always has people stop him to look at it-he loves the attention! The color of the Belair is Sherwood Green and Ivory two tone. Happy Holidays to all!
