68 Front End Rivets - Need Help

Attached are a couple of Pictures of my missing and incorrect rivets on my front of my 68 coupe. My question is does anyone who may make the correct rivets and where who make make the correct tool to install them. Any help is appreciated. Jeff

The original rivets were GM #3828548. These were never available from GM in SERVICE. However, Dr. Rebuild has OEM stock of this exact rivet.

Joe, just wanted to let you know I did order the rivets for Dr. Rebuild and they worked out great. Thank you for the tip.
