1959 firewall hole plug?
I have a good friend that is restoring a basket case 290 hp (distributor driven tach) 1959 car that does not have windshield washers. Does anyone know what was used to plug the hole that is above the heater on the engine side of the firewall? A picture of an original would be greatly appreciated. My understanding is this hole was used for the lower horse power generator driven tachometers and the windshield washers. Thank you.
