Thanks for posting this. Our club has been sending packages to 3 of our club members sons who are serving in Iraq and Afghanistan this past year. We just got word Sunday that the last of the three got back in the states Sunday morning from Afghanistan so they are all back home safe. At our club Christmas party this Saturday we are boxing up home made cookies to send over to some of them still there. We have at least one more member who has a son that will ship out in January. If your club or organization wants to get involved there is no better cause than to send boxes to our guys and gals helping to keep us safe. It only costs $11.95 to send a large (12"x12"x6") flat rate box to either Iraq or Afghanistan. And they're GREATLY APPRECIATED!! One item we have sent they really seem to enjoy is reading material (mags or paperbacks). They LOVE the Corvette magazines. If you need any info please contact me.
