I wanted to get some opinions on the restoration services offered by Quanta. I have been reading there web site and found they have a deal with Holley to rebuild carbs to the same spec's as new including the correct anodizing. They will replace any broken parts and then wet flow test. They also have service to rebuild head light motors. Has any body tried this ?

I believe that Quanta just acts as a middleman and sends them to Holley. You can (well, you could, but given the bankruptcy proceedings of Holley I guarantee nothing) do this yourself through Holley's custom shop. Actually there are other rebuilders such as Custom Rebuilt Carbs out of New Jersey that are used more often by those on this board.
