70 L46 Exhaust Manifold Hardware

I am typing this with my AIM beside me. I am real close to figuring it out but still have some questions.

Do all the bolts get a washer between manifold and bolt? AIM shows washers on two rear bolts only along with brackets for shielding and french locks. I know the front two also get the french locks on each side. AIM does not show all the washer detail since the engine was delivered with manifolds on?

Which locations get the longer bolts? I purchased the complete set from Paragon. It seems pretty obvious given the configuration of the manifolds but I want to make sure.

The front pair and the rear pair get the thick washers and french locks, and the shorter bolts; the longer bolts go in the center, where the manifold is thicker. The manifolds were on the engine from Flint V-8, with the washers and french locks in place.
