I had all my pics on villagephotos and lost them all when those weasels shut down.... The restorer article is a couple years old but all the pics are there.

Yes we did, here is a copy of Tracy's Restorer article. For the lowers Tracy recommend a bucking bar made from 7/8"X1-7/8 steel stock so thats what I used, it worked great! The one I made looks just like the one in linked Tracy's process. For the lowers you need a BIG 9X Rivet gun. The rivets I got from CC I thought were a tad short and the head didn't form like the originals so I bought some extra long ones from a rivet supplier in Michigan and ground them down to the lenght where the head would form the correct size and shape. They sell them in 100 lots so I have a bunch left over if you need some PM me I can send some your way.
