Is there any advice on a brand name, for quality performance, to purchase these 2 idems for my 427 390 hp? thanks DUTCH

Harry Accel and Mallory make good quality performance caps and rotors. NAPA also has Echlin, Standard, or Blue Steak caps and rotors. Just make sure if you go to NAPA ask for the Heavy Duty application. You can feel the difference in weight between the regular and Heavy Duty caps. -

If you are going strictly for service/performance, then I would install the ACCEL components.
If you are getting the car judged, then the recommendation would change. I would try to find a good used or NOS Delco-Remy D-308 cap and D-409 rotor. You could also use the ACCEL rotor, and it should not effect judging.
The D-308 cap is also available in reproduction, and I have not heard of any performance issues.
