All your parts look great, after everything is finished check the idle feed restriction and idle air bleed size just to make sure calibration is in spec. IFR=.031 and IAB=.070. from my notes.
You will have to let me know what RPM the engine likes at idle. When I overhauled my service 3810 carburetor earlier this year I kept insisting 500RPM idle. It will do this fine after the engine is fully warmed, but until the cast manifold warms the engine seeks and wants to die at that throttle position. Seems like 600-650 works better.
