70 Interior Questions

We're continuing to work on completing the interior of my 70 coupe and have a few questions I hope to get answered.

1. What type of screw is used to secure the emergency brake console? There are 2 screws on each side.

2. What is the finish on the screws that attach the windshield pillar posts and header? I was able to salvage 2, but cannot verify the finish.

3. Regarding #2, does anyone know of a source for this screw. It appears similiar to the ones used to secure the lower dash pads.

The ebrake console uses a flush, brass on nickel, trim washer, the header uses a black zinc plated brass countersunk trim washer. There are two type countersunk trim washers, one without and one with a flange. You want the ones without the flange. If you go to an older dealership, you might luck out and they would have them in an assortment, otherwise you will either have to buy them from the usual Corvette suppliers, or buy a box of 100 each (very inexpensive).
