          Paul,

          Steve Grace from Brightworks Restoration in Fall River, MA restored my 1965 hubcaps. He does a beautifull job on the stainless, but you have to paint the gray areas yourself. You can contantact Steve on 508-672-5931 or 508-646-6690.
