    Reproduction G.M. Hoses.... do these need to be trimmed?

    I am getting close to the fire of my fresh L-71!

    Having a very hard time with the lower radiator hose... it is a G.M. replacement, from C.C.

    Do these need to be trimmed? Seems like if I trimmed the bottom, it would have fit better. Now how do I get it off, without snapping the lower radiator hose fitting on the radiator?
