    Mid-Year Engine Transplants

What are the things to look for to determine if a big block has been transplanted to a engine bay where a small block used to reside?
I saw a list: such as the redline limit, half shaft, and rear stabilizer bar as give-a ways. A Google search could not bring up the thread.
Then there was mention about the fuel line being different?
Anyone know where the list is?
(want to determine if a 66 425HP Vette is real)
    Thanks
    Bill

    Bill,

The hardest to fake would be the fuel line since this requires the body to be off the frame to swap out. BB fuel line will have a 90 degree bend versus 45 for a SB. Search the archives for a wealth of information on this topic.
