FW code rallys on a C3 ?

Can someone tell me if a 15 x 7 (FW code) rally will fit on a 68.. I found a set close by and not sure if the back spacing will work and what trim rings will work if they fit..

The stock '68 "AG" 15x7 rally wheels have -.28" offset, and the "FW" Monte Carlo 15x7 wheels have +.30" offset, which will move the tire (and inboard rim flange) inboard about 0.6" from their stock location. This may or may not be an issue with clearance to the parking brake cable bracket on the trailing arm.

Jim -- here's my '65 which had FW's on it when I bought it. I installed Michelin 195-75-15 rubber and had no problem with the trailing arm parking brake guide bracket (although much closer than stock '65-6 JK rims). No problems with fender lip rubbing. The trim rings shown in the pic
[taken at Daytona Beach, while attending Cypress regional in 1992] were on the car when I bought them; I'd assume they were '67s (4 clips IIRC).
I would think that FW's on a '68 would even have fewer concerns.

I used to have a 68 BB and put FW's on it. They were too close and rubbed, so I had to add spacers.

FW's just look "wrong"--the back-spacing difference makes the center top-hat sit out too far.
