1964 Battery Cables

Purchased battery cables from Lectric Limited 4 years ago, no deduct at National however just got hit at Regional. So something appears to have changed relative to battery cables - somebody now knows why these repo are repos however I don't. SOoo what needs to be done to battery cables to make them pass.
Or put another way what exactly do real one's look like??
Are they available for anyone or is it back to junk yard.

Way back in the archives there is a thread on battery cables, but in a nutshell, the edge of the reproductions is relatively squared off where the top meets the side, where originals had a radius. There are other difference in the surface finish as the originals were pressure molded and at least at one time, the reproductions were poured.
