The valve assy on the washer pump was a single piece consisting of inlet/outlet nipples and umbrellas valves for '63 AND '64 that was made by Rochester. For '65-67, the valve assy changed to a two-piece system made by Trico....

.... The one-piece Rochester assy has LONG been discontinued and used originals taken from scrap yard cars of the era are typically SO aged, discolored, brittle that they seldom work...

Jack -- by your description, I assume this is the '63-4 Rochester type. If so, I probably removed it from a '63 #07055 that I used to own back in late '80s.

Note the head markings on the self-tapping screws.

Another way to check to see if this pump is correct for your year is to check the number embossed on the face of the main body. A 13 or 14 is correct for 1966-67. A number 15 or 16 indicates a earlier year 1963-64.

Sorry Michael, but that is the cavity number and has nothing to do with the year it was cast. ALL injected molds have cavities and each are numbered so flaws can be detected and corrected before a lot of parts are cast from a bad cavity.
