At the price these gas caps are selling at it's no wonder they disappear at meets and car shows . Makes me feel good to know I have a GM accessory locking cap and would only install the original cap at a NCRS meet and never leave the Corvette alone and if I do re-install the locking cap.

I see you own a 54 , better look for that GM accesory gas cap, it only works for C1 Corvette and not car!

Just cause the dude is asking $850 doesn't mean anyone is fool enough to pay it like the $750 dollar bolts :P

Back in the 60's my Dad bought a locking cap at the local Chevy dealer for his Impala. It didn't fit so he took it back and discovered it was for a Corvette.

E-bay for about $20.00 because it was listed as C1 Corvette NCRS people dont bid
