Yes, that's correct (except there was no liner between the top cambered leaf (#6) and the bottom flat leaf (#7). The liners had an elongated "H" cross-section, and the vertical ribs at the ends of the "H" kept the liners aligned with the spring leaves; there were no other liner-retaining devices.
