Guys, while we are on the subject: What company has the most correct repro steel wheels and wheel covers for a 1965 Corvette? I am in the market for a set of five wheels/four wheelcovers. -Clark

I did a little reaserch as well as inquired on this forum about a year ago, and my understanding is there is NO ONE who reproduces the 63/64 or 65/66 wheels. There were some over the counter service replacements, but I am not certain what exactly they called them. If I remember correctly the 63/64 service wheel was called the 80/80 service replacement. This is why the originals are still bringing BIG MONEY. Try the Archives here on the TDB, you should find something. Hubcaps are not as big of a problem, you can find nice restored examples at most of the major meets. I think they may even be reproduced by someone, but not sure on this. Someone will jump in and let you know I am sure.
