54 vette panel lights and courtesy

The instrument lights do not work and I had courtesy lights for a while and now the dont work. The power source is at the headlight switch correct with no fuse protection. I found wiring help for a 57 switch is it the same. Ed

Clean it at the rheostat that's where you get the dash lights to dim and door lights

A 54 wiring diagram identifies the dash hookup and how the headlight switch is connected.
