'72 Fan shroud extension bolts

For a '72 BB, what type of bolt was used on the fan shroud extension and is there supposed to be a washer?

If your 72 is similar to my 70, three 1/4in bolts with captured washers were used. Two of the bolts were on each side and screwed into inserts on the shroud itself. The remaining bolt entered from the bottom and required a nut, as there was no insert on the shroud. Hope this helps.
