1967 voltage regulator location?

Can someone tell me where the voltage regulator is located on a 1967 inner fenderwell. I need the locations of the holes or at least one, to correctly mount a new v/r. I need this due to a new inner fender installed that does not have the holes in it. Thanks guys

Here goes, the location of the upper front hole of the v-a is 17.5 inches rearward from the rear hole of the hinge brkt and 3 inches below the lip on the fender. There just isn't a lot around the area to measure too. If you can find better reference points let me know and I will remeasure.

Thank you. Those specs should work fine. However, is it "clocked" in any position? or pretty much parallel to the fender lip/ exh manifolds?

Mark,

A line drawn between the front two bolts would be pretty much vertical.
