    C3 Radiator Overflow Hose

I have a 71 350/270 with A/C. A/C cars did not have an coolant overflow tank, just a thin overflow hose that empties from the radiator to the ground. I was told by a judge at a chapter meet that this hose must be attached to the radiator shroud with a clip or bracket of some sort.
Can't find any clues in the AIM.
Can anyone shed some light on this clip?.

    Thanks in advance.

A ways back (3-4 months) Same question but about LT1 (no exp-ansion tank there either). I posted a picture, so I can't post it again, of my overflow hose on the 1970. It is attached to the inner fender -- NOT the shroud.

On my 71 350/270 with AC it is attached to a clip that goes onto the lip of the end tank where it meets the "main portion" of the radiator. I "think" it's just below the broadcast code tab.
