    11th hour....need plug wires ...62 340hp

I've spent a lot of dough on an engine rebuild....i'm a little gun-shy and i need a set of plug wires...CC has a set of plain for $40 and 1Q62 set for $75....all i want is a set with the correct lengths ....The $40 set is listed for 283,327,350....anyone know if these are correct lenghts?

    Thanks

There are 2 undated sets generally available from Corvette vendors. The first is the same material, color, etc as the dated sets, just without the logos and dates. The second set is the current ACDelco replacement set (508N), which has black wires and orangish-red boots. Both are generally the correct length wires.

If you have a driver, I'd suggest the ACDelco set, but be sure that's what you're getting.

Wouldn't the AC Delco set be available from a local parts store (maybe even FLAPS) quicker and for no shipping and handling?

Thanks....I'm going with the Delco 508N wire set and ac R44 plugs...local parts store.

An off line post told me they are correct length to use with Shielding.
