So, the page that the AIM references in my manual doesn't exist. (neat)

This is the clip for the ignition shielding on a 67 327/350 horse car.

Which way does it go? Option 1 or Option 2?

Option 1, in the "Carb" slot. The barbed end faces forward in car position - it contacts the top of the tach cable ferrule where the cable connects to the distributor tach drive. See section U69, sheet A8 in the Assembly Manual.

Perfect, thanks John. I just didn't look far enough in the AIM to find that page I guess.

The purpose is to make contact with the knurled nut on the tach drive cable. That should make it pretty easy.
