C1 Cream colored plastic junction boxes

I'm hoping someone can post a picture of this or direct me to the vendor and/or item number... in the 1958-60 JG, on pg. 36 it mentions the front radiator area on the underside of the nose there are four "cream colored plastic junction boxes, two of which are secured with metal clips" for the headlight wiring. The wiring on my front radiator area was heavily chopped and replaced, and I don't see any evidence of these junction boxes, and can't find them on vendor sites

    Any ideas?

There are four Three-way connectors (real name) GM part number 2962737 used in that location. They are used with a "56 series" Female Terminal. Both parts were manufactured and assembled into the wiring by the then "Packard Electric" division of GM, Which is now a part of the New Delphi Corp. At one time there was a distributorship for parts via an outfit that used the telephone number "1-800-PACKARD" but I don't know if that link is still available. They were not a Corvette exclusive item.

I see, so it should be part of the wiring harness itself? I'll look at my new wiring harness.

That is correct, the four three ways on the wiring harness connect to the back of the headlamps, if we are talking about the same parts. The wiring print I'm looking at is very old and a lot faded.

          Ian -

Here's a photo of those junction connectors on my '57; there are two more on the right side.

Sweet, thanks John. That helps me understand what the JG is talking about.
