Has anyone had any experience with Sam@Fullthrottlecorvette on head light roll over switches? A PM would be fine. I took mine apart and the plastic on the back of the toggle switch where it presses on the contacts is worn. It does not press the contacts hard enough to close the circuit. I bought an older power window switch, as I was told you could replace the inards. It has the correct connector but the toggle is staked in the metal housing and the part that sticks out is longer. so it would not look correct. Anyone else? Thank you in advance. Dale

Dale, I believe the reproduction of this switch is available from GM new. If you watch ebay sometimes NOS switches come up from time to time.

An update, inside the window switch was a plastic liner that looked like a thin piece of gray plastic for water proofing the window switch. I took that piece of plastic and put it in my switch between the rocker and the points of the switch (as in the window switch). It is all inside the switch. The thickness off the plastic is enought to give me continutity on my roll over switch. I now need to plug it in and see if it works. I am trying to save my original switch. DaleComment
