footnote: I rent out at $30,000.00 per hour now as a consultant on floor coverings!! Plus expenses. It went fairly well after spending an hour figuring out how to put the two applicators together w/o instructions. Hopefully Waco CC will be ready for us in 2011.

Thanks to the Texas Chapter for a great meet, the usual hospitality, and the great cars and people.

I cannot imagine what a chore it was to cover all the carpeted floor. I really like the picture of the dumpster after it was all over.

Great pictures, kind of reminds me of the morning in St. Charles at the National! At least we didn't have to cover any carpet, but the measurements were a challenge. I hear you had a wonderful meet and know you put in a lot of good work!

That job must have been a killer. The Texas Chapter President, Charlie Cadenhead, helped install the plastic protective flooring on Wednesday. On Thursday he was in pain. His back hurt the entire weekend. Charlie, I hope your back is better. I saw them remove the plastic as the cars were removed on Saturday and it seemed to go very fast. Thanks to Charlie and all the other NCRS members who made this event successful. -Clark

Everyone was a bit "sore" the next day. Not use to that kind of work for sure.

You can be sure that the carpet procector was removed a lot quicker and with a lot less effort than was experienced with the install.

My camera took terrible pictures inside the convention center, couldn't be the operator's fault.

Would love to see more photos posted that I could pirate and save.

The meet was great, met new friends and learned a great deal about our organization and the great people that keep it going.
