It would be more descriptive to say you use C-category oil, however, the 15W-40 viscosity grade is unique to this category, so it goes without saying to those who understand...
Most 10W-30s are SM for modern cars with "roller everything" valvetrains. C-category 10W-30 is available in some brands (like Chevron Delo), but it's not commonly available at typical consumer outlets.
Big blocks use the same lifter as small blocks, but with higher valvespring forces, it's even more critical than with small blocks to use modern oils that are best formulated for vintage engines.
The OP should be more concerned with the service category oil he is using than his indicated oil pressures, which appear to be within the range of the GM spec in the '67 AMA specs that I have, and I expect the '70 spec is the same.
