Pretty Maids in a Row

Last Saturday, at the Brazos River Corvette Club's annual All-Corvette Show in Granbury, Texas, the first four C2s to arrive, were red. We parked side-by-side and the cars drew a lot of attention. The photo shows from near to far: '63 fuelie Coupe, my '65 L76 A/C Coupe, '65 L78 (396/425) Convertible, and a modified '63 Coupe. My car was the only one sporting the "coveted blue rosette" NCRS Top Flight award.

With 112 total entries, there were only 5 C1s and 9 C2s. At least half the cars entered were C5s and C6s, including an '09 ZR-1 and a 2010 Grand Sport. -Clark

I know the guy with the 09 ZR1 if it was black, almost a dailey driver with over 12k miles I think what they are meant for - not garage queens

The very reason I don't go to this show is stated in the cars there, most were C5/6 which are a dime a dozen, I personally like the c1/2/3(up to 73)
