    1969 Windshield Washer Tube Help

Okay so I'm trying to install the new tubes on my wiper arms with these nifty little plastic clips and I must be kind of slow because I just don't see how these things work. I get a couple of the more obvious ones but others just don't seem correct. I cant see any details in the AIM and cant come up with any pictures on line that show them. I was hoping someone out there has a couple of nice pictures of the tubes mounted. I never have had these on my car before so I am at a total loss. Also while I'm at it I was wondering about the proper routing for the red wire that feeds the power windows circuit breaker from the horn relay. This wire kind of just dangles around and I assume there is a right and wrong way to route and secure it. Picture of this would be great as well.
    Thanks and Best Regards
    Kenny

Kenny - here's an illustration from Paragon's catalogue (I can't pull it up on line for some reason), and how I arranged them on an extra set of arms I have:

Thanks alot thats perfect exactly what I was hoping for. I see these things dont exactly fit like a percision time piece do they. I see the clip arrangement but on the ones closect to the shaft it looks like the clips have a slot to fit around a screw or something is that correct?

Although that clip sorta holds the tube away from the "cant" screw (which adjusts the attack angle of the wiper blades), you still kinda have to bend the tube around/away from the screw. The clip below that one also fits in a slot in the spring covering.

Many of thease wipers are missing the covers over the spring. The slots for the clips are in the covers. If yours are missing you have a problem.

Okay that's the reason it looks wrong there is NO cover over the springs. Crap now what, are the covers available anywhere, reproduction or otherwise. I'm so close to having this car put together now I can taste it, really didn't expect this but i don't know why I should be surprised.

The covers fall off easily, so many wiper arms are missing them. The good news is that these Trico wiper arms were used on many cars in the era, so you might be able to find them in a junk yard. After being alerted to this problem on the CF, I posted that I was also missing the cover on my driver's side wiper and wound up receiving a free cover from a very generous member on the forum. He came across a couple of them so he sent me one free of charge, postage paid. You should be so lucky.

Is this wiper arm and cover configuration the same in most GM 69 to 73 cars?
