1961 Headlight Bezel

The judging manual for the 1961 Corvetes states that the headlight bezels are painted the same color as the body. My 61 has chrome bezels and I have seen other 61's with chrome. My question is does the 61 have both, painted and chrome.

If I remember correctly.
`61s Chrome
`62s Painted.

No! but the chrome bezels will fit, same front fiberglass clip from 1958 to 1961.

No question about it, '61 had painted headlight bezels.

Absolutely!!! 58-60 chrome, 61-62 painted. But which year came with the 6 taillights?

'61 & '62 had body colored bezels!
