Air Filter - Production Codes
Can anyone decipher the production code of 9L06D that is on the attached air filter. It was on my 1995 (August 1994) Corvette. Have just been informed that this air filter was not put on Corvettes until January 1996. Any help would be appreciated.

John, this air filter is applicable for the 1996 after January 1966. As I understand it, the grey rubber around the filter was a sign that this was an original air filter. Replacements have a black rubber that goes around the filter. I am guessing also, but I have no idea. Thanks for your input
