Sandy the DocRebuild diagrams shows the ends and connectors on each of the wires AND the way his diagram is laid out the wires come off the harness in order of how they are attached to the car. IMO it would be $25 well spent.

Thanks Rich for the run-down on harnesses, this sounds somewhat easier now that I have a clue.

Roger, it does sound like money well spent for doc rebuilds diagram....see how easy it was to talk me into that?

The information provided is just what I was looking for and it will all get copied and put into my workbook.

As much as I would like to mess with it now, other than getting familiar with where the wires run, accessing the condition and running down a few mystery wires, I think the best plan (maybe ?) is to wait for when I replace the dash. Just trying to line everything up in my workbook so it makes some sort of logical sense. There's still plenty of other things to do (that don't require a huge outlay of cash right now).
