    Rusted screws

I purchased a set of four wheel covers and spinners for a 1960. I have been able to remove the spinners on all of the wheel covers except 1 of them. I have used kroil saturation for the last several weeks without results. I purchased several other loose spinners that I can have rechromed but I need to get the spinner off of the wheel cover. Can anyone give me thoughts at how to go about this? The screws are really rusted into the wheelcover.
I don't care about the spinner but I need the wheel cover free. I have a dremmel. Could I dremmel off the screw?

Use a grinding disc on the dremel and grind off the screw head. Be careful not to damage the wheel cover.

First buy some CRC Freeze Off in a spray can from O'Reilly or other parts store. Spray screw head every five minutes six times - thirty minutes and try to remove it with a screw driver. If that fails carefully cut off the head with your Dremmel. Good luck, Gary....

I have had occasional luck using a new pair of vice grip pliers and clamping onto the tip of the screw and twisting the screw out; you get better leverage that way. Best case, it comes out, worse case, it twists off.
