How many 72 Bryar Blue conv out there

Knowing that there were 389 of these made, was wondering how many do we think are still around? Just an interesting thought.

I went through the C3 registry for 72 and found listed 38 Coupes and 12 Conv. I saw 1 coupe for sale a Carlisle, mine was in the tent a Zip's location and I tried to look through the crowd of cars to see others and did not.

Jeff, I saw your car at the Zip tent in Carlisle. I poured over it for a long time, hoping the owner would come around, but no luck. Sorry I didn't meet you. That, sir, is a beautiful car! Was thinking what a nice bookend it would make with my red '72 car, which has the exact same equipment.

BTW, Bryar Blue has been one of my favorites, all the way back to when I was a kid and the cars were current.

Drew, I've got a 72 coupe bryer blue, I was in carilise-09 there was LT1 conv, and 2 coupes on displayat ncrs gallery, all bryar blue.All were great cars.

All three are mentioned above, the convertible was Matt's (one of the paint samples I used for my repaint) and stunning with the convertible top, the LT1 of course was Drew's (he drove the car to Carlisle), third was mine (didn't make it in the building,LOL)

Kevin, I did see your car outside, I've been to carlisle the last 5 years straight and have only seen one or two Bryer Blue cars there. all your cars were beautiful.I think my coupe is one hundreds that had the black delete opiton, it has the royal blue interior.

You'll never know the answer, so asking the question is futile... Why?

States don't record vehicle color, only VIN. Plus, quite a few Corvettes have left the US for Europe, South America, Japan, the South Pacific. It's simply not possible to 'de-explode' the Big Bang and take a head count!

The 1972 Bryar Blue paint LT-1 engine Corvettes.
LT-1 (1,741) 15.51%
LT-1 coupe (1336)
LT-1 convertible (405)
(1228) Bryar Blue coupe mutiply 15.51% = (190)
(389) Bryar Blue convertible mutiply 15.51% = (60)
C-60 air conditioning with LT-1 was not offered for a full year of production. It is impossible to figure out.
I have been doing research since 1985 to find all the examples of 1972 LT-1 with A/C.
As of today findings (192)
coupe (149)
convertible (43)
If any one knows any 1972 Corvettes LT-1 with air conditioning contact me to add to the research.

Thanks for the compliments Don. I am sorry I missed you as well. I probably spent about 7 or 8 hours in the tent talking to people and it was very rewarding to see so many people appreciate the work I have done without doing a body off. Most people do not understand the hours that all of us put into these cars. Shout me an email and lets see if we are close enough to hook up.
