Original Upper Radiator Hose Repair?

Hi Guys,

I have an original upper radiator hose that has a slight V shaped slice in the bottom of it. Just enough that a little trickle of coolant comes out of it. Is there any way to repair the hose or is it now a wall ornament?

Dave, is the hose leak at the themostat end? sometimes a little corrosion get under that end hose and will cause a small leak, that tighting the clamp doesnt always work.

The slice is almost dead center on the hose. Just need it for a survivor car going through judging. Not for everyday use.

Come on, man. Are you going to run the risk of having your car either sit on the side of the road while you wait for a new hose, or having to be towed, or at the worst...warp a head just for an original hose?

You can take this originality thing too far, you know.

Dave , Hoses Are A No Repair Operation, If It Leaking Anywhere Other Than Clamp Position , You Can Get A Reproduction Hose And They Judge Well. Paragon Sells Them.
