I've seen people mention it here, but how does one get the fuzzy edge when painting the charcoal colored part of a wheel cover? Also, what kind of tape do you use?

You can get the fuzzy edge by lightly rolling up the edge of the tape !Tom Hendricks

Re: Getting a 'fuzzy' edge on 66 wheel cover paint
Larry,
I roughed up one side of the roll of masking tape with 36 grit sandpaper on a belt sander. Be prepared to spend LOTS of time masking! If you're careful, you may be able to lift the masking tape pattern and reuse. I reused the pattern once before it fell apart. I made another one and reused that one as well. You may also want to consider adding a texture layer before spraying the finish charcoal coat. I think I used a Rustoleum texture spray and didn't have any compatibility issues.
Good luck!
