The 7320 unit is a nice reliable fuel injection. Properly updated and restored there is no reason to put on an unreliable carburetor. Now if you had a 57 '4360 like BB here then you might want to use a carb. LOL.
FI distributors: While you are still able you had better run to your NAPA, etc store and stock up on some points and rotors as probably tomorrow or so they will be history like everything else.
(Just lost my favorite cam you know. No more Speed Pro CS113R. History.)
We use CS786P from NAPA on 58 to 65 FI. No problems at all. Now if you use the POC DR points then expect trouble.
But if you insist use the one wire setup from Lectric Limited, etc.
Watch out though for those nebby judges like the one from MD who lifts distributor doors and peeks in though to see if you are cheating!!! JD
