can anyone tell me by looking at the picture .... which possible year that wiper switch can be ???

It was originally for something newer than 1972, but it was sold as a SERVICE replacement for 1969 to 1972 some years back. It might fit 1968 as well, but it is not configured like the original 1968-1972 bezels.

I assume you're talking about the wiper switch BEZEL and not the switch, itself (although the switch is undoubtedly applicable to the same year(s) as the bezel). Anyway, the bezel is from a 1974-76 without air conditioning. It might also be applicable to 1973, too; I'm not sure about that.
